CARE AND STORAGE
- Do not drop
- Lay it flat or store against a wall after use.
- Save the packaging materials we send the backdrops in to store the backdrops.
- Cover the surface when storing to avoid dust and dirt building up.
- Do not expose the backdrops to harsh sunlight for a longer period. Do not store the backdrops next to heating devices or high humid places.
- Do not wash with water, simply wipe with a damp cloth. Do not scrub the surface or rub intensively as the paints may get damaged. You can use water during shoots, however make sure to minimize as much as possible. Clean and dry the backdrop afterwards.
- Our backdrops are covered with water based Matte polyuthane to prevent stains, However, try to avoid food and liquids which may stain the backdrops.
- Do not use the backdrop as a cutting board.
If you are styling the backdrops with heavy items with sharp edges, please lay a piece of cloth before placing it on the backdrop to avoid the direct contact (to avoid scratches of damages to the surface.)

MATERIALS
- MDF base. We use different plasters, emulsion & acrylic paints, different crafting materials to create the designs and texture. Covered with Matte polyuthene Coats to waterproof the surface.
PRODUCTION TIME
- We take 5-7 Days after we receive the order / payment to make the backdrops for you.
- If the backdrop is listed as an ‘in stock’ item we can dispatch the backdrop within 24 hours of placing the order.

DELIVERY
- We deliver packages Island wide through Domex courier service. They take 3-4 days after we handover the package to deliver it to you.
- Delivery charge will vary depending on the weight of the package. Weight and the Delivery charge will be calculated at the checkout.
- We will provide you a tracking link once the package is dispatched from our end.
- Or we can do same day delivery through Pick me flash. Delivery charge will vary depending on the distance.
PICK UP
- We can arrange pick up from our workshop located in Yakkala (Gampaha district). Our packages cannot be transported by Motorcycles. Kindly make sure to send a Threewheeler or other vehicle for pick up.
RETURN POLICY
We do not offer payment refunds. If you are not satisfied with your order or if your product arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement instead of a refund.
To request a replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item. If photos cannot be provided, we will be unable to process your request.
Replacements will not be issued for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Additionally, shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns must be shipped back with a tracking number to ensure security for both the buyer and seller. Orders marked as “Return to Sender” will not be eligible for a replacement.
